JustMarkets Launches Web Terminal to Enable Browser-Based MT5 Trading

Trading platforms are increasingly shifting away from software downloads in favour of browser-based experiences that provide instant access from virtually any device. JustMarkets’ launch of its Web Terminal reflects this trend, giving MetaTrader 5 users a fully featured trading environment accessible through a web browser while maintaining synchronised account access and trading functionality. The move strengthens the firm’s cross-platform offering and responds to growing demand for greater flexibility among retail traders.

Global multi-asset broker JustMarkets has officially launched its Web Terminal, a browser-based trading platform available in all countries the firm supports. The rollout follows an extensive testing phase focused on technical optimisation and user feedback. The solution enables traders to access a professional trading environment directly via their web browsers, eliminating the need to download or install desktop software.

The software architecture is engineered specifically for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts, ensuring instant execution and synchronisation across devices. By running natively in the browser, the setup reduces operational friction for retail traders who switch between operating systems or between mobile and desktop hardware. To initiate a session, a user selects their trading account, clicks the trade button, and launches the JustMarkets Terminal option, immediately opening the full trading interface.

The platform integrates a suite of analytical and order-execution features designed to streamline retail trading workflows. The workspace includes modern, responsive charts equipped with various technical indicators and graphical drawing tools. Traders can also manage their positions flexibly by setting transaction volumes in either standard lots or specific asset units. To assist with risk management, the interface includes detailed asset descriptions, real-time market sentiment indicators, live updates on trading schedules, and automated notifications regarding margin changes.

The deployment follows the recent release of the broker’s dedicated mobile application, filling a key vacancy in its cross-platform ecosystem. A company representative stated that the Web Terminal aims to remove technical barriers between retail investors and global markets by placing professional tools inside a lightweight browser interface. Looking ahead, the brokerage plans to expand the terminal’s capabilities by integrating additional analytical modules and custom asset classes to keep pace with evolving retail trading demands.
