CMS Info Systems Secures Major ATM Outsourcing Mandate from HDFC Bank

India’s ATM infrastructure market is continuing to evolve beyond traditional cash management, with banks increasingly turning to AI-powered operational models to improve uptime, forecasting accuracy, and nationwide service efficiency. Against this backdrop, CMS Info Systems has secured a major long-term outsourcing mandate from HDFC Bank, further intensifying competition in the country’s managed banking infrastructure sector.

India-based CMS Info Systems has secured a new integrated ATM managed services outsourcing contract from HDFC Bank, strengthening its position in the country’s banking infrastructure and cash management sector.

Under the five-year agreement, CMS Info Systems will deliver a range of managed ATM services for HDFC Bank, including currency forecasting, cash logistics, and deployment of its Vision AI-powered monitoring platform, HAWKAI. The partnership reflects the continued role of intelligent automation and predictive analytics in modern ATM network operations as banks seek to improve uptime, efficiency, and service reliability across large branch and ATM ecosystems.

The deal adds to CMS Info Systems’ growing momentum in India’s private banking segment. According to the company, recent large-scale mandates from leading banks are helping expand its footprint in outsourced ATM management and technology-led banking operations.

Anush Raghavan, Chief Business Officer at CMS Info Systems, said the HDFC Bank mandate validates the company’s technology capabilities, nationwide scale, and operational execution. He added that the company’s private banking revenue contribution has increased from 22% in FY25 to 25% in FY26, with a target of reaching 30% by FY27.

The company also referenced its expanding engagement with ICICI Bank and its recently announced ₹1,000 crore mandate from State Bank of India as part of its broader growth strategy in ATM management solutions.
