Systems Limited (Techvista Systems) and Finshape are partnering to bring AI-ready digital banking solutions to financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa, as banks in the region look to accelerate customer-centric digital transformation.

Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista Systems), a global technology company known for its expertise in banking technology and digital transformation, has announced a strategic partnership with Finshape, a European provider of AI-ready digital banking solutions.

The partnership was officially announced during GITEX Global 2025.

Through this collaboration, the two companies aim to combine their strengths to unlock new opportunities for financial institutions across the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The initiative is designed to help banks deliver more intelligent, personalised and seamless digital banking experiences for their customers.

With a strong footprint across the region and access to a large pool of local technology talent, Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista Systems) brings extensive experience in developing scalable, secure and innovative technology platforms for the financial services industry.

The company has supported numerous banks in the region on their digital transformation journeys, providing end-to-end technology services that integrate banking expertise with advanced engineering capabilities.

As part of the partnership, Systems Limited and Finshape will work together on initiatives focused on accelerating digital transformation in the banking sector.
