ABHI Partners Qlub to Offer Earned Wage Access for Employees in Saudi Arabia

Access to earned wages before payday is becoming an increasingly popular financial benefit as companies look for ways to improve employee wellbeing and reduce financial stress. Fintech platforms offering earned wage access are positioning themselves as an alternative to traditional payroll cycles by allowing workers to access income they have already earned in real time.

ABHI and Qlub partner on earned wage access

ABHI Saudi, powered by Alraedah Digital Solutions, has partnered with fintech platform Qlub to provide employees with instant access to their earned wages through ABHI’s Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution.

The collaboration enables Qlub employees to withdraw a portion of their salary at any point during the month rather than waiting for the standard payroll cycle. The service is designed to provide greater financial flexibility while helping employees manage day-to-day expenses.

Omair Ansari, Co-Founder and CEO of ABHI, said earned wage access is increasingly becoming part of modern workplace benefits.

He noted that the partnership aims to support employers in providing practical financial tools for their workforce while giving employees more control over their personal finances.

Digital access to earned salaries

Under the arrangement, Qlub employees will be able to request early access to their earned salaries through ABHI’s digital platform. The service is designed to provide a simple application process with fast approval and rapid transfer of funds.

Fahad Almutairi, People Lead at Qlub, said the company is introducing the service as part of its broader effort to offer practical financial benefits for employees.

He explained that the platform allows staff to submit requests through an easy-to-use interface, with quick processing and fund transfers when needed.

Fintech supporting workforce financial wellbeing

Earned wage access solutions are gaining traction globally as employers seek new ways to support employee financial wellbeing. By allowing workers to access wages already earned, companies aim to reduce reliance on short-term borrowing while improving overall employee satisfaction.

The partnership between ABHI and Qlub also reflects a broader push to expand fintech-driven financial services in Saudi Arabia, in line with the country’s Vision 2030 agenda to accelerate digital financial innovation.
