Jordan Kuwait Bank Taps BPC to Power Long-Term Digital Transformation

Jordan Kuwait Bank is strengthening its digital banking capabilities through a long-term partnership with BPC, as it moves to unify its digital channels and build a more scalable, customer-centric platform.

Jordan Kuwait Bank has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with BPC, a global provider of payment and digital banking solutions, as part of its broader efforts to modernise its technology infrastructure and accelerate digital transformation.

The agreement focuses on building a unified, flexible, and scalable digital platform designed to support innovation, improve customer experience, and drive sustainable growth over the coming years. The partnership was signed by Haitham Al-Battikhi, Group Chief Executive Officer of Jordan Kuwait Bank, and Anatoly Loginov, President and CEO of BPC.

Through this collaboration, Jordan Kuwait Bank will consolidate its digital channels onto a next-generation platform, enabling faster deployment of new digital services and delivering a more seamless, customer-centric banking experience. The initiative is expected to enhance service quality, simplify everyday banking transactions, and make digital services more accessible and efficient for customers.

A key component of the transformation includes migrating the bank’s digital wallet to the new platform, allowing customers to manage daily financial activities within a secure and integrated digital environment. The platform will also introduce advanced digital solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises and merchants, offering improved payment processing, settlements, and real-time data insights through intuitive dashboards that support better decision-making and operational efficiency.

For merchants, the new capabilities will enable secure payment acceptance directly through smartphones and tablets, reducing reliance on traditional hardware. This approach aims to broaden digital payment adoption, support merchant growth, and contribute to greater financial inclusion across Jordan.

Commenting on the partnership, Al-Battikhi described the agreement as a major milestone in the bank’s digital transformation journey. He noted that the initiative reflects Jordan Kuwait Bank’s commitment to building a sustainable, integrated digital banking ecosystem that can adapt to evolving market demands and customer expectations.

He added that strengthening digital channels is essential to shaping the future of banking and ensuring customers have access to more advanced, efficient, and reliable financial services.

Loginov said BPC is proud to support Jordan Kuwait Bank as a long-term partner, highlighting that the deployment of SmartVista’s unified digital platform and BPC’s managed services will enable the bank to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative digital payment experiences with greater agility.

The implementation of the project will follow a structured and phased methodology, covering preparation, execution, and full platform rollout. This approach is intended to ensure operational continuity, a smooth transition, and consistently high standards of service quality and reliability.

The initiative aligns with Jordan Kuwait Bank’s broader strategy to create a unified digital banking experience supported by a modern, scalable technology foundation—enhancing operational efficiency, promoting financial inclusion, and strengthening the bank’s position in an increasingly digital financial landscape.
